Descrição de produto
Fisher 67C Series Instrument Supply Regulator

The 1/4-inch grey aluminum thing you see on literally every positioner, I/P, and controller

Why Every Plant Still Orders These by the Box

Go to any refinery, chemical plant, paper mill, or power station and 95% of the instrument air regulators are still Fisher 67C series. They’ve been making them since the 1970s and nothing else has managed to kill them off. You set it once with the big red knob, it holds 35 psi for ten years, the filter never plugs because the screen is huge, and when it finally dies you just unscrew four bolts and put a new one on in five minutes. Most instrument guys keep a spare in the truck “just in case".

Stuff That Actually Works After 20 Years
  • Big 1/4" ports – never starves a positioner
  • 5-micron filter that actually drains water (67CFR)
  • Built-in relief valve – pops if supply jumps
  • 0–125 psi range – covers everything
  • Aluminum body, stainless trim – light but tough
  • Works upside down, sideways, any way you bolt it
  • 67CFR has the filter, 67CR has no filter, pick what you need
Numbers Everyone Memorizes
Ports 1/4" NPT all four sides
Outlet range 0–125 psig (most guys set 35 psi)
Max inlet 250 psig
Flow plenty – never the bottleneck
Temp -40 °F to +180 °F
Weight about 1 lb
Where They Live Forever
  • Every single control valve positioner
  • I/P transducers and volume boosters
  • Control room panels
  • Outdoor analyzer shelters
